We made the move north in 2020 during COVID and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle, the scenery, and the endless outdoor adventures this area has to offer—and we’ve never looked back. Whether it’s summer days spent out on the boat, musky fishing, or catching the iconic Min-Aqua Bats ski shows, or winter days exploring the snowmobile trails and cross-country skiing at WinMan Trails and Minocqua Winter Park, the Northwoods truly has something special in every season.
Evan, a graduate of the University of Denver with a degree in Real Estate and Construction Management, has always had a passion for real estate. In 2023, he took on his first major project with the purchase of this property—what started as a bigger challenge than expected turned into a rewarding full-scale transformation. Together, we completed a full remodel, reimagining the building into a modern, welcoming retreat.
